Cassandra Hartford built her life through hard work, determination, and a lot of grit. Born and raised in Mims, Fl a small town that rarely makes headlines she was raising two children and closing real estate deals by the age of eighteen, determined to create a future on her own terms.

​

Without a trust fund, a big network, or a guide to follow, she founded a commercial real estate brokerage from the ground up. From there, she expanded into investment properties, development projects, a parking management company, and eventually a comedy club all built through hustle, heart, and a willingness to get her hands dirty.

Outside of business, Cassandra brings her life experiences to the comedy stage. Her stand-up is straightforward, honest, and a little rough around the edges much like the journey that shaped her. She turns everyday struggles and hard-won lessons into stories that people can laugh with and relate to.

Today, she’s a proud mom of two teenagers and engaged to Nelson, her partner and biggest supporter. She has a love for plants, bourbon, photography, bad jokes, and keeping life simple and real.
